Delete your Fitility account

Fitility is an app by Ofeasy (Pvt) Ltd. You can delete your Fitility account and the data linked to it at any time, either in the app or by emailing us. Deleting your account cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete in the app

Open Fitility and sign in.
Tap You in the bottom bar.
Tap Security.
Tap Delete account, then tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2: Ask us by email

If you no longer have the app, email info@ofeasy.lk from the email address you use to sign in to Fitility, with the subject "Delete my Fitility account". We only act on requests sent from the account's own email address, so that nobody else can delete your account.

We will confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account: name, email address and Google sign-in link.
Your profile details.
Your goals, body measurements and targets.
Your workout plans and workout logs.
Your diet plans, meal logs and nutrition progress.
Your push notification token and sign-in sessions.
The activity records linked to your account.

What we keep, and for how long

Copies of your data in our encrypted server backups are removed as those backups expire, within 30 days. If the law requires us to keep a specific record, we keep only that record and only for as long as the law requires. We do not keep your fitness or health data after your account is deleted.

If you only want to stop some data processing, such as notifications, you can turn it off in the app without deleting your account. See our Privacy Policy for details of your other rights.
